  • Every engagement is a bespoke, high-touch experience crafted around your specific objectives. While the content is unique to you, we follow a proven structure for maximum impact. A standard engagement lasts six to twelve months and includes:

    • Discovery & Strategy: We begin by defining your key objectives and what success looks like. This phase often incorporates the Hogan Assessment and confidential interviews with key stakeholders (with your explicit permission) to build a data-rich, holistic view of your leadership landscape.

    • Structured Coaching Sessions: We meet bi-weekly or monthly for focused, 60-90 minute sessions, conducted either in-person or virtually, to execute our strategic plan.

    • Real-Time Advisory: You have direct access to me between sessions for brief check-ins via phone, text, and email, providing timely support for in-the-moment challenges and opportunities.

    • Progress & Integration: We regularly measure progress against your stated goals, ensuring our work remains relevant and impactful, and we build strategies to sustain your growth long after the engagement concludes.

  • I work with some of the busiest leaders in the world; the process is designed to be efficient and respect your time. The core time commitment is efficient: typically two 60-minute sessions per month.  

    The true value, however, is realized in the time between our sessions as you apply new insights and strategies directly to your daily work. The objective is not to add another item to your calendar, but to integrate this process into your existing workflow to maximize the impact of the time you are already spending.

Our conversations create a sacrosanct space for you to explore challenges, test ideas, and be vulnerable without risk. This principle is held to the strictest professional and ethical standards, even in cases where your company is sponsoring the engagement. What is said between us, stays between us.

  • Many of my clients are active leaders in public and private organizations where discretion is essential. To honor their privacy and maintain confidentiality, I anonymize all identifying details in testimonials—including names, companies, and specific circumstances. Every testimonial you see is from a genuine client engagement and is shared only with explicit written permission.
